Subscription Policy

Some items (products and services) in our Boutique may be offered to you as a subscription, or as a pre-order. This Policy details how they work, as well as how you can change or cancel such purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you will receive recurrent deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you may cancel it.

If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you are able to do so at any time. Your order confirmation e-mails will have a direct link to your order. You can manage your subscription from the order page.

Services

Select divination services are available via subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.

We will collect payment in full upon checkout, then fulfill the order at a future date.

We do not accept cancellations for pre-orders. 

We do not offer returns or refunds for pre-orders.
